My New Job
So - during Lexi's school registration I volunteered for some stuff--- don't really remember what I volunteered for BUT today I was sent an email saying that I was chosen as Lexi's AM class Room Rep. When I got the email I was like 'What the heck does that do?'-- So I emailed the lady in charge and she said that I would be responsible for 'Organizing the 3 parties, the carnival basket, teachers birthday and celebration'--Sounds like a job for me! I go to the Room Rep meeting Friday after next so I can't wait :-)

The hardest part is actually delegating duties to the other parents, but it's a small enough class. Like for parties, you'll send a note home with the kids asking them to donate for each party. They might just ignore you.
That is what I am thinking-- her class is 8 kids-- I could totally see myself doing everything BUT we shall see. I think there are new kids- so that might make for excited parents to be involved.
